You have to have completed the Winter/Christmas Event. If the system clock is in the month of December (or if you go to the arcade fortune teller and WISH that it were Christmas), the game will activate a winter mode, made obvious that it's snowing outside. That will start a quest chain and one of the rewards for finishing it is that MC gets Meredith an electric "back massager" for Christmas which unlocks the possibility for her to be masturbating in her room (with what we would call a vibrator today) when you look through the keyhole. If you haven't done this during the wedding dress stuff, she'll be trying on lingerie in front of the mirror, which you can verify by cracking her door instead of peeking through the keyhole. Cheers!
Hello. The next update (v0.6) is going to be Meredith-only and so is the one after that (v0.7). Both of those updates will consume most of this year. Next year I'll probably finish up Aunt Charlotte's story and Jasmine's. I kinda want to get those characters "done" so I have fewer characters to worry about. I don't know when v0.6 will be released. I can tell you it's not close yet.
Jasmine is probably my second or third favorite character after Meredith and Irene and I'd love to finish her story, but unfortunately I've already committed to focusing on Meredith for v0.7. Maybe for v0.8.
The picture of Irene is in the bookcase in the Living Room at the house.

No. I have too many tasks to finish for 0.6 to be ready by the end June.
